Project Consultation
Initial design consultation to review your project by taking a thorough brief of your requirements, and to discuss the key project objectives and aspirations.
Survey and existing drawings
Support in surveying existing spaces to produce existing layouts. I can help where your time/team might already be stretched, or if you are looking for some existing layouts before progressing with your project. Survey information can be provided in AutoCAD or Revit formats.
Space analysis
I conduct thorough analyses in various environments, including spaces, workplaces, and customer interactions. By evaluating existing trends, I focus on how spatial layouts influence efficiency and behavior through detailed assessments and surveys. My goal is to provide insights that can lead to improved functionality and user experience.
Concept Design & development
Whatever stage your project is at, I can support you with designs from the beginning of a project, through to site completion. I produce various outputs such as plans, mood boards, sample boards and even CGI visuals.
Tender information - design review
Whether you are too busy to review or need a second pair of eyes on a tender, I can support you by reviewing tender information in respect of design elements and compliance with regulations, identifying any design risks before you commit to development or build.
visualisation
Visualisation support, producing how ever many sketch or photorealistic visuals to bring your ideas to life before commencing with the build. I can take on your project as a whole, or just visualise a product into a space...whatever works for you.
furniture design
Furniture can really bring a design together, adding the finishing touch and personality to a space.
If you are looking for furniture, or are looking for ideas of what furniture can work with your space, then I can help provide you with a shopping list of products and finishes and lead you to local dealers that can deliver and install the perfect products.
